So, not your _personal_ IP address, but the LAN IP address of (an
Ethernet interface on) some (Windows) computer or other on your LAN?

I can't (yet) see your pictures. In-line images must be approved
by a moderator before others can see them. The time required varies.
Attachments have no such limitation. Of course, attachments have their
own one-per-message limitation. In the mean time, copy+paste is your
friend.

You, _personally_ have a public IP address? Or is that the
external/public IP address of some interface on some device at your ISP
or your dwelling?

Even more helpful would be information about your modem (or
modem+router), or whatever's between the WNDR3400v2 and your ISP.
