Setting up Rea;dyShare Print on an IPAD

I am trying to setup Readyshare Print Utility on an IPAD with IOS v10.15. I dowload the MAC utility from the Netgear website and it opens to a page saying USB Network Control Center Installer and nothing. No install, no action whatsoever. Is it possible to install this on an IP:AD? Any help would be appreciated.

       Why?  What is the actual problem which you are trying to solve?

       Why?  Do you have a Mac?

       Is it possible to install _any_ Mac software on an iPad?  I'd say no.
    Different hardware, different OS.
