Start here: What SFP+ modules are compatible with Nighthawk X10 R9000, R8900 and Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR700 routers? Virtually all industry standard modules are workable, there is no limitation. Keep in mind the power available on the SFP+ port is limited, there is not enough power to establish a full IEEE 10GbE 100 meters link, the reach of a 10 GbE link is limited (~30...35 meters typically) check your selected module FMI..
Using a search engine "site:community.netgear.com r9000 sfp+ rj45" does show various similar requests and some modeule types.
