My router is showing websites in the browser history that no one has ever used or visited. How can this happen because it is causing bad issues in my household. Please help

    There examples of this?

The router would not be inducing sites into browsers. Only users of browsers that get data thru the router from the internet would see this and browsers would log this in there history.

My boyfriend keeps seeing dating websites and Snapchat WhatsApp but we don’t have the apps. We have Eve an shared our phones with each other to show our screen time and history. Could someone else be on our router or hacked into it?

Try changing the SSID name and password for the wifi broadcast and see.
Those would not be induced by the router. Someone and some device they are using would be doing this.

  • Which "browser history"?
    Which router model?

If you're talking about your unspecified browser, it's not possible. A router operates at a different level and has no access to a browser's history, nor can it modify it. Something else is causing this.

Neither one of us truly understand how to use the app he has to show and change stuff he keeps trying but isn’t really computer savvy and I just know simple basics. But it’s causing a lot of arguments and confusion 😢
