Shows that the router is online in xfinity app but offline everywhere else
Mine is actually a C6230 AC1200 WiFi cable modem router not sure why it doesn’t show up but anyways. I activated the router though the xfinity app and it shows that it is online and my phone is able t...

I'd forget the apps, and stick with a web browser. Instead of asking
Xfinity how the C6230 is doing, I'd ask the C6230.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read.
Look for the LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".
