Slow speed suddenly on R8000

I've been using this router for about 1.5 years now. As of 2 days ago, my download speed seems capped to 7Mbps, while the upload goes up to 20Mbps. Directly through out wired connection in the wall, ...

    Hi dimab0,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Disable QoS and check if the same. 

    3. Use a different ethernet cable.
