Slow WiFi Speeds (R6700)

To answer your questions:
- Yes, I get full speeds when hardwired
- I have used multiple devices to test the speed (e.g., my Nighthawk App, getmyspeed)
- The firmware version is: V1.0.4.22_10.0.95
- No, I am not using traffic monitoring
- No, I do not have any QoS enabled
- Access control is turned off
- Parental controls are not enabled
- IPv6 is disabled

what actual devices are they?
225mbps is pretty amazing for a 1x1 antenna device. its a little under performing for a 2x2 device.
Keep in mind, 2.4ghz is slow and you're not going to even close to 5ghz speeds with it.
how far from the router are you? 5ghz speeds drop off quicker than 2.4ghz but they have a higher starting point.

If you're asking which derives are running slow, it's my laptop, phone, and TV streaming.
And it's a 2x2, which is part of the reason it's a bit frustrating. I can be standing right in front of the router with my device and still not break 225 Mbps.
right, I get its a phone/laptop/tv but what I'm trying to determine what wireless card is in them. So specifics help.
Did you enable ipv6?
did you test the speeds after the factory reset without changing anything?
So, weirdly enough, everything seems to be working fine now...
I just did another speed test and I'm now getting >400 Mbps. Reading over some other threads, I am wondering if it is because of the problems with the speed test on the Nighthawk app. In-between the tech coming out and me fiddling around (hard reset, changing settings, etc.), I had done speed tests with the Nighthawk app and multiple online tests. After fiddling around, I had used the Nighthawk app only. Well, I just did a google and getmyspeed test and they're both over 400, while Nighthawk still reports about 225. Weird discrepancy.
