Slow Wifi With NightHawk N7000
Good morning! I am currently using a Netgear Nighthawk N7000 with firmware V1.0.9.88_10.2.88 and an Arris Surboard 6183 for my modem. I have been getting only 10-30mbps speeds with the wifi on ...
1. Your firmware indicate you're using an R7000, not an N7000
2. Your firmare is out of date
3. are you testing over the 5ghz band or the 2.4ghz band? 2.4ghz is much slower and sensitive to interference

The auto-update on the firmware was not showing any updates but was able to get it updated with the link you provided!
I have also started looking into the QoS options that are on the router that I had not looked into yet. I will update later today once I am able to do some additional testing around work.
