Let me rephrase the question- can you setup one SSID on the Nighthawk X6S (AC3200) for the 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 5GHz-2 wireless network and use it with the Nighthawk X6S Extender (EX8000)?

Yes disable the smart connect on the extender then you you will have three bands each with their ownn ssid it is the manual as well
- sysdomDec 19, 2017AspirantI want to use the same SSID for the three bands.
Example -
Juno34 =2.4 GHz
Juno34 =5GHz
Juno34= 5GHz-2- William10aDec 20, 2017Master
