Solar Control Integration Issue with Router

Hello Ladies and Gents,
I have a Solar Power system in stalled in my home but the LG battery is having issues with over charging and burning houses down so the system needs an update to the firmware to prevent this. Sadly the installation company does not have IT gurus and has asked me to ask for assistance here. We have tried to get the system (https://www.solaredge.com/) to communicate with the router but all attempts seem to fail. No one seems to know what is wrong and I am far from a wizard with tech. the questions I am being asked to post dont even seem to be a quesiton but rather simply a data set so I am assuming my ignorance is so sever that I am simply not aware of the import of the data. Anyhow I am hoping that the below Snippet which I was told is the pertinent bit will help any of you shed some light on this for me.

Basically jsut need to get the Solar Edge system communicating with the outside world throught the router so that I can get an update accomplished. Please let me know if you have any suggestions and thank you in advance for any assistance.

From Solar Edge:

Hello,

Please have the site owner contact their internet service provider and clear these TCP Ports for inverter comms with an ethernet cable:

22222

22221

443

80

Also have them ensure there are no firewalls or special IP addresses set up, so the inverter can communicate with our servers.

As I said, Im not sure the above is much of a question to be answered as it is a statement but if there is anythign you can do wsith it or further questions you can pass along to me to be asked I am happy to do so.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Is this a wired or wireless device?

Try using the DMZ on the router for this device?

Doubt any of these is blocked by the Netgear router, except if the device is not allwed to access the Internet at all.
