Some devices have wifi not others

We can watch TV VIA wifi and do wifi gaming but the computers and cell phones can not access the internet. Reboot the router and the modem, then everything works and shortly the phones and computer cannot acces the net again but the other devices listed still work VIA wifi, Called the cable company and they claim its a router issue. Settings?

       "the router" means the R7000? What's "the modem"?  "Reboot" is all
    you tried?

       I can't see yours.  Can't see the LED indicators on your devices,
    either.

     

       Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
    for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look for
    the LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot"?
