Somehow my security questions and password has changed?
Hello, Not logged into the hub for a while. Internet goes off so i turn the box on and off. the download speed was non-existent so i tried to log on but the password which i wrote down wasn't wor...
The problem with the password recovery is that if you didn't setup the recovery process, it still asks the questions. But there isn't a right answer. So it doesn't work.
So basically if you didn't set it up or the answers aren't correct, then a reset is probably your only way back in.
