Speedtest
How come when I run the speedtest on my ookla app I show my speed but when I run it through the speedtest built into the router it doesn't show it? Is there anyway to change the server that it is speed testing through. I have 400 MG.

What model router do you have?
What model# and Mfr ISP modem do you have connected to the router?
What browser are you using? Try IE11, FF or Opera browsers with the routers speed test web page.
- I have a R9000 with a arris 1602 isp modem from Spectrum. I work for spectrum.
What FW version is currently loaded on the router. Any recent updates? If so, factory reset and test again with a broswer. Be sure to clear out any browser caches before entering the routers web page.
The speed test app in the router automaticlly picks speed server sites. Theres no way to change what sites to test with. So it maybe picking up a bad site or busy site.
