tftp/nmrp are sensitive to timings/spelling/etc.
As well as making sure your router is responding at the right times.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done. Again, its sensitive to timings.

Have you tried a different power supply with the router? Maybe your power supply is sketchy? - SGouldingNov 08, 2021Tutor
Hi
Can I ask did you obothere to read the previous threads ?
'Cause it seems like the thing to try before suggesting some-one with over 20 years using TFTP they look at some traing videos on how to use it. At least ask the person if they have any experience 1st, it saves time and stops you looking like a patronising...
Also you might actually try testing the links you send, yours gave the following error
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request...
As mentioned previously I have tried all the obvious, and I did make the assumption that included eliminating all the basic things like
Cables,
PC's
Power supplies,
locations (for WiFi)
without having to enumerate every single one.
Still looking for some realy quality assistance...

glad to know you have over 20 years of tftp. You put your whole bio when you posted on here and I must have just missed it.
I'll be happy to sign off to your expertise then.
Good luck.
