Super-Newbie Question: Nighthawk X6 Antenna Orientations and Signal Footprint
Hi, all - I was gifted a second-hand Nighthawk X6 R8000 router. I've downloaded the user guide, et al, but can't find one piece of information. The manuals and the marketing materials show the antenn...
...And I swear: Searching for "antenna orientation" BEFORE I posted showed nothing. As soon as I post... "Oh! Have you checked these eleventy-seven posts about 'antenna orientation'?"

If you have a single level home, the antenna should be pointed up and down vertically.
If you have a multi level home, the antenna should be pointed at the angle where the antenna seems to lock into the position at this angle. Around 45 degree.
