Support Case Response Time
Does anyone know what the average wait time is to get a response on a support case? I've made a support case (case#45363438) a little over a month ago without any response or sign that it has even been looked at. Is this a normal response time or not?

Thats not normal. Its faster than a month. Not saying its speeding but you should have a response in a day or 2.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.Have you tried using this place to get help with your problem?
It might be quicker, especially if it is one of the usual issues.
