support case won't create

the website will show + for support options However once + is pressed it would show for a second a list of options but then close automatically so there is no way to select any of the listed option...

    tried few computers/ browsers - chrome, but also chromium at different devices

        thank you for sharing, however, I just registered and it tends to collapse in less than a second at my end
