support for hotspot, ever?
Is anyone else offended by the lousy support service?Starting with it took me 3 months and having to open a new email account because Netear jus sent me in circles chasing passwords and previously used messages. Ok it happens. Then I do finally get an account that works and All I can find is answers (?) to situations Netgear wishes to put on a list. Does that bother anyone else? Several trips to the att store involved thehapless employee trying to find a connection for dealing with a failing hotspot...no luck have a nice day.....no support phone number (social distancing????). When the hotspot works it is ar eal miracle but then it over heats, quits doing its job. warranty?support?Where are they?

Do you own a bit of Netgear equipment that you want to sort out? Some sort of magic "hospot"?
Or are you just here to rant? Nothing wrong with that – although this is a user to user group rather than a way of getting official help from Netgear – but it helps to know so that people can answer helpfully.
