your correct, if both are running in router mode, it causes a double nat. We usually have a couple things we recommend for fixing that. Disabling dhcp on the netgear is one route.

Hi, thank you for your reply. It hasn't quite worked, as the issue of lease time raised its head. I need to cut all the leases to 5 minutes and start again as my sttaic IPs all got broken. So not quite solved yet.
