TFTP Recovery not working "connect request failed"

It's nice that you're happy, and you could be right, but, with no
actual evidence, not everyone will share your confidence.

"small"? Try varying the timing?

Can't see that file name, either, but I'd expect an error like
"connect request failed" to be independent of the file.
