Too many redirects when accessing mynetgear links.

Hi,

I don’t seem to be able to traverse any links in the mynetgear page to support (etc) other than to submit a new ticket due to “too many redirect” errors. This happened irrespective of my mode of connection (eg via Orbi, via broadband provider router or via 4G mobile). Anyone else have this issue?

    Be sure to clear out ALL browser caches, then close the browser then reopen it. 

    Try a different broswer.
