Trouble logging into admin tool for R6900v2

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have an R6900v2 router and I'm having trouble logging into this router.&nbsp;The password I have written down isn't working and neither does the password written on the router.&nbsp;After a few failed login attempts, the screen allows me to enter the router's serial number.&nbsp;&nbsp; I entered the serial number, but the device could not be found.&nbsp;I did register the router on the netgear site.&nbsp;Any suggestions?&nbsp;Thank you,John&nbsp;&nbsp;

I must have entered the serial number incorrectly.This time I copy/pasted the serial number from the registration page and this time the number was accepted.
