Trouble logging into admin tool for R6900v2
Hi,
I have an R6900v2 router and I'm having trouble logging into this router.
The password I have written down isn't working and neither does the password written on the router.
After a few failed login attempts, the screen allows me to enter the router's serial number. I entered the serial number, but the device could not be found.
I did register the router on the netgear site.
Any suggestions?

I must have entered the serial number incorrectly.
This time I copy/pasted the serial number from the registration page and this time the number was accepted.
