Unable to access router after reset. Using 192.168.1.1 and all I get is Starlink's site

Hi Folks,

My router suddenly stopped working, so I reset the unit. Now it says the default password on the unit isn't correct. How to I get the proper password? I have attempted to utilize the 192.168.1.1 address and all that comes up is Starlink's website. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Built in router here by chance? If so, possible the ISP modem is using 192.168.1.1 and the NG router has changed to something different...Connect a Wired PC to the NG router and see what IP address the PC gets from the router. It might be a 10.0.0.something...

     

    Is the WNDR3400 your model router?

    Starlink uses its own integrated router. And its more capable (by quite a ways) than the router you have listed in your signature. 

    If you're planning on using that router with the starlink device, put the netgear in access point mode and just let the starlink router manage it.
