Unable to find 5Ghz on the following router R8000P

Unable to find 5Ghz on the following router R8000P 5G-2 channel shows 0 and 5G-1 channel shows some unrecognised character, i tried factory reset and update to latest firmware and also tried to downgrade the firmware it did not work out, 5G wont show up, my region is india please if there is any fornware for my region attach the link that would help me, please help me to fix the issue.
