I'd ask on the dd-wrt forum. They're the experts on their firmware and how best to remove it without bricking your device.

Since there is no back to stock firmware listed this may mean that Brainslayer has added code to reinstall Netgear firmware. Have you tried to install a Netgear firmware?  

 

2 Years ago I wound up having to use a serial to USB cable to reinstall Netgear firmware. I never got tftp to work to get back to Netgear. Yes I have successfully used tftp when the firmware was Netgear, to answer those that ask have you ever successffully done a tftp. ;)
