Unable to Install ReadyCloud Mac App

I am unable to install the ready cloud Mac app on my new M1 computer running 12.3.1. My previous computer was running this OS and has no issues but I wonder if its an Apple silicon issue that I'll need to wait for a software update from Netgear...

If not, is there a workaround to installing? Could it be a permissions issue?
