A good starting point would be ... simply borrowed from your post above ... this:
wifi19 wrote:...Note: If routerlogin.net does not display, see I’m having trouble accessing my NETGEAR router; what do I do?. ...
Possible other causes:
- your computer isn't connected to the unknown Netgear router
- your computer is connected to a different network, for example your ISP router WLAN
- your computer is connected to some VPN service
- your computer is configured for some secured DNS/protected DNS/encryped DNS service

Hello?
None of the solutions resolved this issue. I am still unable to access my router.
Isn’t there a simpler way to solve this issue? Hasn’t anyone thought these steps are far too complex than what should be needed?

might have no idea what you mean."unable" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.> Isn't there a simpler way to solve this issue? [...]
"simpler" than _what_?

Probably answering the simple question from above would give us an idea on how to assist:
" Does "Router" have a model number? Look for "Model" on the product label."
The short cut would be a factory reset, and re-configure the router from scratch - permitting you have all data probably required, eg. in case the ISP requires any authentication.
