I agree. This is the last Netgear device I will ever buy. They obviously have a bug and expect me to pay for their mistake.

And their support page is broken every time I check too. Good thing I bought it at Costco, it will be a hassle free return.

    I bought mine at Costco as well. Do you know if there is a time limit on Costco returns when the manufacturer fails to support their product?
