Unable to Update firmware
So ive checked previous discussions and none seem to be able to help me. I am able to loging to routerlogin.net , but i am unable to find where the update firmware part is. I saw one post showing how to update it from the nighthawk app but that meant getting passed the screen that promts you to go to routerlogin.net and blocks you from doing anything else.
I downloaded the genie app for windows but its does not take my password for admin login. i know exactly what the pasword is because i reset the router to factory defaults.
Not really sure what else to do.

You have the C6250?
If so, there isn't an option to update the firmware. The firmware is pushed down from the ISP as part of their provisioning. Its not user updateable and the ISP's rarely update the firmware.
