Unknown Error 109 during firmware update for R6900 router

I am trying to update the firmware for R6900 but keep getting "unknown error 109" after clicking "yes" to upgrade.  Current GUI Language Version: 1.0.2.6_2.1.38.1 New GUI Language Version: 1...
