Unsecure website for access control

I would like to use Netgear's Access Control but it is a unsecure website and I would have to enter my routers name and admin password.  Is there a way to control access to my network without having to enter this information into a unsecure web site.  I would like to block devices that have previously connected to my network.  I would also like to see a list of all the devices that are connected to my network.  My app doesn't always show everything and I see in the Notifications that computers I don't recognize have connected to my network.
