unsolicited support case?
community,
I received email appearing as very official from netgear stating my case#44947001 problem was solved and thanks for contacting netgear support. I had not contacted netgear and had no problems needing solved. I received a second email with a survey, again appearing very official. would I receive this after some kind of auto firmware update? could a hacker have tapped in to my modem/router? any ideas?
thanks!

More likely a phishing scam. I'd delete it.
Don't click on anything in it.
