Update my router qustion

I have a Nighthawk 7000 router. I have never updated firmware I am on version V1.0.4.30_1.1.67 

Will updating to latest firmare take it up to date or do I have to manualy load each and every update one at a time to get to current version

    Try updating to the latest first. 

    You shouldn't need to load everyone but if loading the latest doesn't work, then try every 3rd/4th version.

      Doing it manually over a hardwired connection gives you the best results.
