USB issue on R7500v2

USB light won't turn on   I can see the usb device but cant't add it to Approved USB devices   Router Firmware Version V1.0.3.4   Also,      Any suggestions?     Thanks,

    Hi jkyoungchoi,

     

    Is the drive being detected by the router under the USB basic settings? Based on your 2nd screenshot, there is no driver shown under available network folders.
