Used Nighthawk X6S serial number already registered
I bought a used nighthawk X6S from a friend. I did a factory reset and was able to connect to the WiFi with the given credentials. But when I try to get into my account and change the network name or password, it tells me the serial is already registered in the database. How can I clear it from the database?
