Using R7000 with mobile hotspot for internet

- Oh, how painful, just got off the phone with netgear technical support. They said I need a modem. Why cannot the R7000 be configured to accept internet from a mobile hotspot from my Note 9 phone?
It sounded like there were other people doing this or something similar from these forums.

I have two of the R7000 routers, so can one of them tie into the mobile hot spot on the note 9 phone and the other router be the network router to connect other computers, printers, etc?

Skykid so you're using a phone as a hotspot.
You could try setting up the R7000 as a wireless extender as it has that mode.
