VPN Connected but network drives getting "Local device name is already in use"
I have the OpenVPN connected (Windows 10) and it occasionally will let me see network devices or access network files so I know the connection is in place. However, most of the time it fails doing normal tasks like printing to a printer in the office.
The most obvious issue is this message that shows up often when trying to access mounted network drives.
"An error occurred while reconnecting (drive letter) to (drive path)"
"Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use."
"This connection has not been restored."
Thoughts on the slugish behavior and constant errors?

You gave us nothing to go off.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.What do you want information wise? Model is there R7800, OpenVPN, Windows 10 connection? Gig internet on 1 side and 150mg on the other? OpenVPN is green with only a certificate warning.
