VPN Netgear R9000 not work on smartphone android
Hi, I created the VPN with my R9000. I downloaded the configuration for android smartphone from my netgear but the smartphone does not navigate. Who can help me?
It would help to know what you are trying to do. You will have to provide a better description of "smartphone does not navigate".
The general sequence for using the VPN server on your router.
Enable and configure the VPN server from within your router configuration program.
Download the Android configuration files from your router.
Copy the configuration files to the root directory of your phone.
From the Playstore download and install the OpenVPN Connect application.
Start the OpenVPN Connect application and import the configuration files (create a profile).
Connect to the VPN server.
You cannot test the VPN connection while you are logged in to the Wi-Fi that is part of your LAN. You have to test via your phone data connection.
Once connected via your VPN, the phone becomes part of your LAN just like it was logged in to your Wi-Fi.
What are you trying to accomplish? Need to define "smartphone does not navigate".
