What happen to my parental controls AC1900 R7000?
I bout this router about 3-4 ago. At the time a friend of mine set it up for me. Showed me all the nice securirty features blah blah blah. The one feaure I really liked was the parental control. If I am not mistaken, It was included with the router. After about 2 years I noticed the parental controls gone or disapeared. Recently I upgraded to new phone and new computor. Had trouble connecting so I did a complete factory reset. Great everything works fine again. Parental controls back on the list. BUT now I notice its supscription based. WT...!
Am I missing something here or its true that parental controls need to be paid on a monthly or yearly bases. Or do I need to download another netgear app to give me the benefits of parental controls?

To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.
Click on: My Support---->Contact Support---->Get help with my subscription serviceNetgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Smart Parental Controls/Circle product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Smart Parental Controls and Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum.
