For cheaper, amazon has the WAX206 on sale for significantly less.
Its a business class access point but has a router mode and a incoming 2.5gig wan port.
Plus its an AX3000 with wpa3. A much better device than the others for cheaper.
That's what I'd do. Current technology, future proofed a bit with a 2.5gig wan port

For some reason, that device has produced more than its fair share of problems here. Maybe that explains why Netgear is dumping it at discount prices.
The problems can boil down to inexperienced users who may have a problem with "business" hardware that is not intended for the consumer market.
Start at the beginning, There is no such thing as "best".
What does selmon89 want tp achieve and how much do they want to pay? Picking some random models from what looks like an ancient list isn't the best way to start.
Try plugging your needs into the filters on the product pages:
Wireless Routers for Home | NETGEAR
and
Orbi: Whole Home WiFi System for Better WiFi Everywhere | NETGEAR
Then check back here for reports on the things you are considering, but remember that people turn up in this community with problems, not compliments. So look at reviews on Amazon, for example.

michaelkenward If we didn't recommend something because there were posts on here about it, we wouldn't be able to recommend anything. A lot I'd attribute to user error and that probably increases a bit when you take a business device and use it for consumers. They're not used to it. But for the price, that device has the capabilities of much more expensive devices with its 2.5gig wan. I'm really tempted to buy one myself but I have to much "S" around as it is.
I'd take a shot on it and if it doesn't work well for the OP, Amazon has a pretty generous return policy

My message was just there as a warning. That model has confused several people recently.
"Buyer beware" seems to be appropriate in this case, especially when someone turns up asking about a choice between a list of essentially obsolete models from 2014 to 2018.
Maybe selmon89 is looking to buy second hand.
