What is the latest QoS version for the Netgear R7800?

When I try to update the QoS database, I get the message, "Failed to download Detection Database. Please try again later". The current database on the router is  Version:   v4.1023.gb2747cb from October 23, 2017, so I am wondering if there is an issue with the firmware or if the database is up to date.
