Where to find my model number? I have NETGEAR 63, and have Network Key, Serial # and Mac#.

My router only says N600 Dual Band on it.  I have serial number, Mac number, no further model number.  I need the latest firmware update as suddenly my router stopped working.  Before buying another I wish to see if I can get this one updated.  Thank you anyone.

    NETGEAR 63 is a wifi SSID, a value that is common to many devices.

     

    Look on the bottom. Unless someone has been at it with a blowlamp. Netgear devices have a label with those details.

    "Stopped working", but that could mean anything. Firmware rarely has anything to do with that. You may need to use other troubleshooting measures. But you'll have so say something more detailed about the problem before anyone can comment.

     

    Where did the JNDR3000 in your footer come from? A random choice or something you saw somewhere?
