Which firmware option do I choose for an R6120 router?

We want to do a firmware update on our netgear dual band wifi router.There are 3 firware options to choose from.&nbsp;We are using the Apple imac computer, apple ipad, androids&nbsp;cell phones, and lg smart tv with this router.&nbsp;Which is the firmware&nbsp;option we need to select for the above use?&nbsp;&nbsp;
