which router support time scheduling?

Hi, I'm looking for a router which support time scheduling access control per device.

(like: blocking youtube for specific hours and specific devices only)

 

so which netgear router support it?

    Most modern AC/AX NETGEAR routers do.

    Per-device blocking is not officially supported but you can go around by specifying which IP addresses are allowed to bypass the blocking so the rest of them will be blocked.
