WHY DOES THE NIGHTHAWK APP CRASH BEFORE IT EVEN OPENS?

Its doesn't open for me either. It doesnt matter what device you have. I have multiple Netgear devices. It says checking internet connection then crashes and says Nighthawk keeps stopping.
