Hi, I have setup my RAX80 with a WIFI schedule. It's mostly off as most of our devices are hard wired, so we turn on only when we need it. However, the WIFI button on the router does nothing when...

When you "press it" _how_, exactly?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions, and "WiFi LED" and "WiFibutton". Further reading
might not hurt, either.
