wifi connection for security camera

I've had this router for a while now and been very happy with our home devices connected to the 5G but recently bought a security camera which states it must connect to a 2.4 Ghz wifi. I'm in no way a techie but what's best/ easiest way to do this? Thx

the R7000P has 2.4ghz. But you probably have smart connect enabled so it only looks like 1 ssid. (just assuming, my bad if you don't)

some setups have issues when you're phone is on 5ghz while trying to setup a 2.4ghz device.

So simply connection your phone to the 2.4ghz. Sometimes your phone might be on 2.4ghz but if not, you can log into your router and shut off the 5ghz radion so it forces devices to the 2.4ghz. Connect the phone to 2.4ghz, setup the camera, and turn the 5ghz broadcast back on.
