WIFI cut in half
Boy, was told by customer service that the wifi is cut in half, it is only full strength with ethernet. Why would you want to by a wifi that cuts everything in half?? doen't make sense to me, I would not have bought it!
anyone know any fixes?

You weren't very precise with what you have, what your expectations are, and whats going?
Are you simply referring to the fact that wired speeds are faster than wireless?
This has been going on since wireless came out.

They don't "cut it in half" but wireless has network overhead, interference, distance issues, and even the device you're using slow downs.
