The router has 1 year hardware warranty for replacement from the date of purchase. You may check support team for that.
I wanted to come back to this ticket to give an update since it's been forever since I had the device. Time after Time, I kept experiencing the same issue over and over. I ended up getting rid of the device and went with Ubiquiti. I've not had one problem since.
