Hi dfidoe,
What is the model number of your router?
What firmware version?
What is the specific issue you are getting with the router?

Firmware - v1.0.3.48.1.1.33
Tried everything on this thread - still get disconnects on 5ghz network every few days.
They just disappear from available networks - no devices show as connected to the 5ghz networks in Netgear Genie.
Too many people have the same problem.
When it is working its awesome - I get the full 300 meg dload wirelessly from my Virgin Media connection.
But when networks disappear/disconnect only way around it is to pull the power from the router and reboot.
